A powerful automation tool!
For all the non-techies out there, look no further, this is the real deal. They have a great amount of one-click automation scenarios between all kinds of apps, and getting bigger and better by the day. And the reality is that this could be your Zapier replacement with a much lower price point. Deploying thousands of applications will take time, but as a big company, they have enough tech support to handle it.
The customer support is excellent, and they do listen to the users. It's becoming an essential tool in my business and is letting me do things that I've been not able to do before.

The online help was excellent. Vishnu jumped in a call to help me troubleshoot one of my automations. He was patient and knowledgeable. Managed to fix the problem in a few minutes.
I love to get advice on real time
I love to get advice on real time, on chat or on a call. I don't understand why I have some of the mistakes I have on this app/web (really frustrating!), but I get help solving them on real time. That´s the biggest pro this system has.

Great support from the Integrately Team!
I have Integrately for years but have not really using it, until recently, I need to set up the automation for my sites. It is great to see that Integrately is still actively in the development and supporting its customers.
I have the confidence to let Integrately take care of my business automations.
Lost my time and my money with this company.
When I did the trial the integration worked fine. So I paid for one year then the problems began.
The integration stopped working and I had endless chat sessions, several "meetings" sharing screens. I finally gave up going back and forth because they always would say it was fixed and it never was.
I asked for a refund because I just couldn't waste more time with it. It was never-ending problems. They refused to give me a refund because you can only have it "during the first month" but my integration had never worked right after 2 months of going back and forth. I just couldn't waste any more time with it.
So they kept my money (after forcing me into a one year option for my plan, no monthy plan) and it was never fixed. I finally gave up asking for a refund. Don't use this service, they will screw you out of your money. They don't care about their customers, they just want to keep every penny they can get their hands on.
Do not trust them with your data
Had a data breach, did not tell customers - i found out when an email address that ONLY they had started receiving spam, contacted their support to which they said:
"One of our team members' accounts was hacked, but no data was exported. "
then as i asked how then did they have my email address that was unique to their service:
"The thing is since the account was hacked , the hacker managed to get data access."

"It was an unfortunate event , but you can trust us that it can never happen again."

Great service, nice and clean platform!
I really don't understand some of the reviews on here. I'm not the most tech savy, and make pretty complicated automations from time to time. EVERYTIME I struggle I know the chat functions there, and they ALWAYS help me in minutes. Such a great platform, works great, saves me and my business time. Wonderful!

Dont quite understand the bad reviews here? I was struggling with an integration between two services, and the level of support I received was outstanding. Big shout out to Pavan Aringale who was there for me and put in the extra mile to get me sorted. - It was 3am their time and we were having google meetings with great positivity all round. The features are great, the interface and the management UX and UI is great. Overall, top marks to this company. I have high expectations and hate to feel frustrated with service companies, but this is one of my new favourites. I would say give them a go :)

Horrible. 2 stars is actually a charity. Yeah, zapier alternative.. a poor man's zapier.

Almost flawless
I've been using Integrately almost flawlessly for 2 years. Sure it's not perfect and there have been issues but I've never had problems with tech support and they always get the issue resolved, which is why I'm surprised at some of the reviews here. It's good value (I got the lifetime deal) and very flexible. All the systems I need to integrate are covered either with native connectors or with webhooks. I'm doing some clever things too, like automating my page creation workflows, refund requests, new user sign ups + social proofing and more. It's a fantastic self-service tool and the learning curve is practically zero (only data transformations require some research). I can't recommend Integrately highly enough, and they have real recurring revenue, I have confidence that they are here to stay, vs some other IPaaS systems. Obviously, they are not Zapier but they're aiming to catch up. This gets 5 stars from me
App is ok but lousy compared to Pabbly…
App is ok but lousy compared to Pabbly and Konnectzit. In terms of honesty, I have a real problem with the founders. They promised users tasks for referrals, and reviews. Which they did award but after some time, they restrict the use to like 1 connection or remove features for the Free Plan. Next, they span you with a LOT of emails asking for help to upvote on Producthunt or leave reviews on Capterra or TrustPilot. I think this company stinks to high heaven. Won't ever touch their product again. If you're looking for a good deal, try Pabbly Connect.

I love integrately, just wished they had a few more integrations. New ones are added frequently though, customer service is good and their price is okay compared to competitors.
