After searching for days. Integrately was the only site which proved to be helpful to me. Working from phone. So best recommend to those work from phone. Almost integration is available with every app. Easy to understand and use. The support was also very good. Although a little bit slow but still good. They solved my every problem. And the free trial feature is one of the best thing with having 1000 free tasks available.Best and highly recommended. Thanks once again Integrately and the whole support team

Echoing the positive experiences of others on Trustpilot here, Integrately's customer service team is very very good. I had an issue with an integration between Aidaforms where a user submits a form and Documentero where the Aidaform form submissions get populated into a document template. Specifically, where I uploaded multiple images through Aidaforms, only one of the images will be generated in the document by Documentero through the integration in Integrately. I had multiple live Google Meets calls with multiple team members (shoutout to Roshni for the exceptional help) who went above and beyond to fix this issue. It took them a few weeks to fix it and a lot of back-and-forth but they delivered in the end.

Leaving this positive review because I'm ecstatic that the issue's been resolved!

In terms of the platform itself - they integrate with all the apps I use, and the UX is very simple and intuitive. Their pricing is also very fair and substantially more affordable than the competition.

Integrately's service is outstanding and I'd highly recommend Integrately if they integrate with apps you use.

The customer service and technical skills of Pavan Aringale is incredible. I have spoken to multiple people who couldnt understand my requirement however Pavan was able to understand and fix all the errors on call. We were on the verge of downgrading the subscription as we were not able to achieve the requirements. However Pavan saved it.

Integrately will actually build your automations for you. They will get on a live call with you as many times as it takes to get things working properly!

and I tried Zapier, but it looks very complicated and doesn't have all the integration Integrately has to offer.
Additionally, they have good support chat ready to help for any problem.

for example: Vishnu Jiji helped me in google meeting to fix any problem i had and spent 15 minutes in the live meeting until all was fixed.

Integrately is a phenomenal platform. Coming from Zapier to this, it's night and day, especially with its Integrations and the easy-to-use system. Undoubtedly, Integrately will be a big part of my business and everything I do.

Integrately is an amazing automation app. I have worked with Zapier in the past and I find Integrately much better solution because of the 2 major reasons: First it costs way less, and the second, Integrately's support is awesome - above all industry standards! I must praise my dedicated account manager, Vishnu Jiji, who really committed his time and effort and, not just solved my problem, but recreated an entire automation in a more suitable way. I am very tech-savvy and I have used hundreds of apps for digital marketing, but very few of them gave me such support experience as Integrately did. Thank you again Vishnu! I would like to personally thank Mahima Ahuja for assisting me with my issues on Integrately. Even though the issue was something she did not experience before.
