Après avoir rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir un rendez-vous pour une demande de visa, j'ai sollicité une annulation du contrat d'assurance voyage auquel j'avais souscrit. Le contrat a été annulé et le remboursement de la prime versée a été effectué dans les 48 heures.
Je suis agréablement surpris par la célérité avec laquelle ma demande a été traitée, en particulier quand il s'agit de solliciter un remboursement auprès d'une société d'assurance.

Insurte’s customer service asked for one bit of information and then provided me with a refund. No hassle. Responses were super quick as well.

Charlotte. I was so impressed today. I made an error while purchasing the insurance. I just contacted them and all sorted out in a single email. That was so quick! Very good service.

I am highly impressed by the expedient and courteous service that I received from Chloe and Charlotte. They understood my issue and upon providing proper evidence, my problem was resolved!
However, a few of my earlier emails were not replied with any advise, or action.
I suggest that Insurte improve the telephonic customer service, so that in urgent situations customers could get some work done over the phone, instead of to-and-fro emails.

Needed to cancel my insurance and get a refund due to travel plan issues, and everyone i spoke to was friendly, patient, and quick to sort me out
