I recently took out travel insurance, but it turned out that I wouldn't need it, as my company also took out insurance on my behalf. I was afraid that Insurte would be difficult or refuse to refund me, but instead I was met with kindness, excellent service and quick help. They have been nothing but friendly and efficient. I cannot speak as to the insurance itsself, but if the service is this good for cancellation of a service, I can only imagine that their other services are excellent as well. Thank you for the positive experience.

While traveling from an island to the city, I discovered Insurte through ChatGPT and quickly registered for travel insurance for just €12-13, securing €30,000 coverage.

At the embassy, I realized the dates weren’t long enough to cover my flight—a frustrating situation.

I called customer service, and a kind lady answered the phone. She gave me a number to call, but after calling it four times with no response, I called her back.
She gave me another number, but again, no one answered.
I called her back once more, mentioning it was an emergency with my appointment approaching. She went above and beyond, giving me a personal number to resolve the issue—who does that?! I love her!

A gentleman on the personal line quickly fixed everything with kindness and efficiency.

Though I missed my appointment 💔, Insurte refunded both policies and showed incredible understanding.
