Claim experience
Lots of reviews here about the buying process - very few from people who actually have made a claim. When I was in the process of making my clam, some of the reviews made for anxious reading, however this was undue. The claims process is a little drawn out, and it's not the fastest thing in the world - but this is the insurance industry. From logging the claim with insurance, I got paid from them approximately 3 weeks later - then from insurethegap approximately 2 weeks after that - not too bad at all. Communication from Deen was excellent throughout, and I have been recommending this company to friends and family. Great prices, and they do pay out within a reasonable timeframe- what more can you ask?

Straight-forward website - systematically set out with uncomplicated drop box options. The Terms & Conditions and other key documents are easily accessed.
Payment was secure with policy docs received as attachments to email within minutes.
I have purchased Gap insurance from this company before and it was easy to obtain then too.
