Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking company. Easy to get the policy. However, requested refund for the remainder of my policy 3 times. First time I was told it was processed and never received it. Followed up 2 more times and they completely ignore me now! No response. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Simple process
smooth, easy process to get cover for my car. Although I've not had to make a claim yet and hopefully I will never have too. But nice to know there is cover in place, Should the worse happen.
