Got full cover for a year including covid for a cruise and spent half of a 2 week holiday in quarantine as they tested me positive. Other passengers were reimbursed. IMH were a nightmare getting them to even look at the claim took for ever claiming staff shortages, Then they said no. I am currently appealing it but I guess they have no intention of paying.

Today I phoned insuremyholiday to get quotation for travel insurance for my partner and I. We are both senior citizens, the male staff member was most helpful, courteous and professional. He explained everything and in no time completed all details, we agreed a fee and now I have my policy in place, will highly recommend your company to all I know especially seniors.

So i went to spain with this insurance, had a great time until the very end where i slipped near the pool and broke my leg. When i got home i called up the customer service of this company and a young gentleman picked up whom i believe his name was louie osment. i am very dissatisfied as all he could offer me was a £5 boots giftcard, i was absolutely fuming at this response but he said it’s either that or you can do one. i will certainly be restraining from this company and moving to the next one i am disgusted.

Currently have an annual multitrip insurance policy through insuremyholiday.ie. With all the uncertainty surrounding Covid19 and travel restrictions I sent an email to query my policy and coverage. Email sent 18 days ago and still no reply. Shocking customer service.
