After my Health Insurers of many, many years increased my payments to a totally unaffordable level I contacted Insured Health. Tiernan was extremely helpful in finding an alternative, affordable option. He was thoughtful, patient, professional and thorough. I ended up with a contract that I am extremely happy with, and would recommend them without hesitation.

What was originally an enquiry ended up with me taking out a policy, this was due to the professionalism of Sebastian and his straightforward explanation of why it would be beneficial for us.
As pensioners we found the cost within our price range and were happy to proceed.
This was our first venture in health insurance and everything was explained clearly.

I received a call from Will who was very politely and sensitive to the personal aspects of health, but spoke with enthusiasm and knowledge of the product in a factual and professional way!
Every section of this product was carefully explained and discussed if I wasn't sure. Will, found a health care package that was affordable, inclusive, and easy to understand. The package had included specific issues that were important to me and my health status as well. it was good that the company searched various companies and offered me what they felt was the best option for me.
The only reason i didnt give 5 star is because i was never offered a quote for a continuation of my existing policy with the same company, which has left me now not being able to claim for a pre existing issue

They answered my enquiry quickly and went through all the options in a polite and professional manner. Unfortunately, once we had bought the private medical insurance we found out that we would not be covered by any symptom that we had had 6 months ago and feel as the policy was slightly mid-sold. We were told that any pre-existing issues would not be covered which we accepted but now discovered that, for example, a headache 6 months ago that you did nothing about (obviously you wouldn’t go to the GP for that) that ended up as a brain tumour would not be covered as you had a symptom before you started the policy. This isn’t 100% Insured Healths mistake but just make sure that the sales person from Insured Health emphasises the cover you are buying exactly meets your requirements.

My communication with Neil was excellent, he explained everything for me and clarified all i asked, he tailed the cover to what I need. The offer i have better than my current insurance,for that reason I have taken Neil offer

They gave us a better deal. Was with vitality they were good but got a better deal with Bupa

Lee was extremely diligent in finding the right plan for me where other plans had failed to meet my needs. Despite a complex medical history the premium was lower than my previous insurer with far better cover. Lee did an amazing job and was very courteous in ringing me back outside work hours. Tre transition of cover to new insure was also handled by Lee-made my life very easy!

Bryn has been excellent in reviewing and arranging new health cover for us. He has been efficient, helpful and knowledgeable at all stages. Highly recommended for sorting out new health cover.
