The advisor Mr. Biddle took the time to clearly explain the policy, including the benefits, exclusions, and any reductions or limitations in cover, which I really appreciated.
What made the experience great was the patience, honesty, and professionalism shown throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly.
The company did especially well in making what can often feel like a complicated process simple and understandable.

Insured Health kept in contact with me regularly, helped clarify my questions and overall got me a massive discount compared to what my renewal came in at! Massive thank you to Erin and Neil who both were attentive and dealt with my prior insurer to cancel the renewal too. 10/10 service all around and I will be looking forward to their contact next year to go through the terms of my renewal then.
