I was looking for a taxi insurance and got a quote from confused.com. It was way cheaper than what my previous provider was offering me at that time. Have been waiting for 4 weeks to get a refund. Chased up twice and told "it's in the post".

Do not understand why it is so painful to get a refund of money that I am owed, or why we must rely on a cheque when I paid electronically.

Lack of proactive customer service or accountability. Would not use again.

I recently renewed my taxi insurance and Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Excellent customer service. highly recommended!

Today, I managed to get a Taxi Insurance for the first time through insurd. The Sales Agent, Eglan, was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my queries and got me a really good deal (in my opinion).

Very clear explanation, the tod me what was happening all the way through the initial call. I was purchasing a new vehicle and needed cover within 1 hr 30 mins. First call was rougjly 20 mins then arranged a call back to finalise. This was done promptly again to arrange cover. Fees explained clearly, overall 5 star service

I am currently within the 14-day cooling-off period of my insurance policy and was considering cancelling. However, after requesting the cancellation charges, I was shocked by the amount quoted.

The actual cost of cover for the period used is only around £53, yet I have been quoted over £380 in additional fees, including a cancellation fee of £219.51 and insurer fees of £166.

For a policy still within the cooling-off period, these charges seem completely disproportionate and unreasonable. It feels like customers are being discouraged from cancelling due to excessive fees.

These costs were not clearly explained at the time of purchase, and the breakdown raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

I have now raised this with the company and am waiting for a proper explanation.

I would strongly advise others to carefully check all potential fees before taking out a policy.

Spoke with Chris through email and over the phone who was very helpful , I'd say the best customer service I've experienced in regards to trying to sort any kind of insurance out. Chris also sorted a very competitive quote which I was happy with for my private hire insurance . Would recommend
