Double dipping
Again, no service....upon renewing my PI, your system decided to debit me a monthly payment immediately, even though my old policy doesn't expire until the end of this month. When the double dipping in October is brought to your attention, I then get an email, which tries claims to not know who I am, and wants me to go through archived info & get policy numbers/dates/etc...you already know it was me who did the enquiry at the end of the renewal process.
