Excellent customer service. First order of pellets and Rebecca was very helpful in arranging. Delivery was very prompt and the driver couldn’t have been more accommodating in putting the pallet in the garage.

Good logs and great service.
Logs were delivered dry and they burned hot straight away. Service was helpful, friendly and efficient. I ordered shortly before Christmas when others had let me down and InstantLogs were great. A special mention for the delivery driver who could not have been more helpful. Will definitely use this company again.

it would be a great idea when delivering the wood to ask where youd like it dropped , the delivery driver dropped out rtight out side our neighbours gates ?

Our standard service is a kerbside delivery, and any placement beyond this is at the driver’s discretion on the day, depending on access and safety. The logs are great
The logs are great, good size and burn slowly. A more specific time for their arrival would be so helpful. The men bringing them were pleasant and strong, even at 9’30 pm !
