It is 2026 and I still can't tell if someone has actually seen my message or if it's just sitting in their inbox unread. I don't need a play-by-play but a simple checkmark would save me from wondering if I'm just being ignored or if they haven't logged on.

Support is ghosting me
I sent a ticket about a double charge four days ago and I am still waiting for anything other than an automated "we received your request" or whatever email. I understand they might be busy, but when it involves my actual money, I expect a human being to get back to me within at least 24 hours

There is no "undo" button if you accidentally skip past someone you liked. I was scrolling too fast and someone interesting popped up but my thumb slipped and now they are gone forever into the void of the internet.
