It took me way too long
It took me way too long to find how to actually block someone who was being annoying. The option is hidden deep inside a sub-menu instead of just being right there on the profile or in the chat window where it actually belongs.

I keep getting red dots on my inbox icon even when I have already read every single message. I have to refresh the whole page three or four times just to get the notification to go away, and half the time it just pops back up a minute later even though no one new has messaged me 😡😡
