Well I thought the process would take ages. It did not. I also thought it would be difficult to fill out over complicated forms.It wasn’t. And the team asked me how I was getting along with the forms. The communication has been clear and each step explained. I am now just waiting for the work to start once we have a mutual date

I didn't hold out much hope for my claim after reading the reviews. It proved right. A very simple claim took 7 weeks to reply to after jumping through all the paperwork hoops to be declined. Apparently is reasonable for the locking mechanism to fail after 12 months. The products are diabolical. I should have.paid a little more.to go elsewhere as was recommended when obtaining quotes for composite doors in the first place.

MY INSTALLATION WAS BY SAFESTYLE.
Installsure said they had no registered paperwork with Safestyle of my installation so they would not payout. Double glazing firms in this country are the biggest scam there is. Anglian have taken over Safestyle, but only on their windows. I had to find a repairer myself. The next conservatory I have built, I will insist Installsure are not involved. Claim number 42759.

Not worth the paper it’s written on. We have a sealed units that are that’s failed within the guarantee period but this company’s guarantees don’t protect and they just fail to communicate. Been dealing with Neil and Claver who never ring back or email even though they promise they will. If you’re buying double glazing and the company offers a guarantee from these jokers tell them you’re not accepting it that you want a real guarantee.
I have just had a response from this company referring to my "claim", this just shows how they don't even consider their responses, Installsure have not communicated with me since Neil told me to Pay them £25 to validate the guarantee under my name as we purchased the house in March 2025 and Neil advised I needed to have the guarantee transferred before they could process my claim. Since then I've contacted them on 4 occasions with Claver telling me Neil would be the person handling the claim and "he will call you back today", last Thursday, a week ago.
17/9/25- I rang Neil Brotherston at Installsure because it was clear he wasn't going to respond to my emails. It transpires that Installsure will not honour their guarantee because Nuglaze, the provider, is still listed as trading at Companies House even though I sent Neil an email from the owner of the company saying he isn't trading and has moved abroad. In a nutshell, Installsure guarantees are worthless if your window provider doesn't "go bust in the correct way".

When we needed some remedial work, following a double glazing installation, we contacted the company and were told we would have to go through the insurance backed guarantee. We entered the process with some trepidation but filled in the online forms. The only difficulty I had with this was entering the two required quotes, each time I tried to add the second the first disappeared. However this was quickly resolved once we were in direct contact with Installsure. Our claim was handled by Becks who was very helpful, professional and kept us informed through every stage of the process, I can’t praise her efforts on our behalf highly enough. We used one of their recommenced builders to carry out the work and they too were excellent.
All in all we were thoroughly delighted with the outcome and all our dealings with Installsure and would happily recommend them to others.

Karan was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. My name had been spelt wrongly on my Fensa Guarantee. He asked for my policy number, checked my details and corrected the spelling. He asked me to remain on the line while he emailed the corrected document to me. He is a credit to your company.

We required urgent assistance on issuing copy certificates and the response was above and beyond, copies were received the same day on email and originals were posted out within 24 hours. Communication was good, we were kept advised of progress at all times, really cant thank Installsure enough for their prompt attention to matters. THANK YOU JOHN

I have given the 5 stars purely because the agent who took over my ongoing claim actually dealt with it and kept me informed therefore avoiding many phone calls to find out what was happening or/if any process re my claim was taking place.
Demi took over from the original handler (claim going nowhere, file lost!!! & other issues).
When I was lucky enough on one of my many calls to speak to Demi she managed to located the missing extensive file containing: the claim form, photographs along with corresponding time stamps and estimates for replacements + covering letter etc.
I had Everest Triple glazing installed pre Covid, the Argon gas had escaped leaving awful streaky misting which was especially bad in 'normal weather' (only disappeared in the 'heatwave of this year only to reappear...).
This misting applied only, so far, to the very large centre panel of the bay window.
I appreciate the insurance company has been deluged with the now defunct Everest given there is a dedicated option on their phone menu for Everest.
When Demi took over my claim I was kept up to date + I had a dedicated 'claim handler' to contact by name /e mail. It was a huge relief and much more efficient.
I think the company eventually hired extra staff to process the claims .

I was helping to sort a claim out for my elderly mother in law.
Installsure asked for us to complete what was a huge amount of paperwork. Then I had to arrange for a fitter to call and obtain a quote. The original guarantee from Safestyle was for 10 years.
After all of this they still turned down our claim because they only have a 5 year guarantee so the original one is useless if the company go bankrupt.
They could have just asked what the installation date was and turned it down immediately instead of wasting my time.
This was all for quite a small amount of £500 as well.
Just like all insurance companies, they don't want to pay out
