A quick easy purchase of paint employees very friendly and helpful

All Staff were very helpful and friendly, on the whole purchase experience

Had been to a few different paint places whom couldn’t help, went to see they lovely guys n gals at Inspiration Paint whom were excellent thought outside the box to help me get as close to the colour I was after, super happy!!

Lisa at Parafield paint store helped me out with what to do as in preparation to paint my floors in the wet areas of my house. I needed to do paint my tiles in the kitchen so I went to her straight away and again her service was spot on. Have brought paint there many times and will always go back many more times

Have always found the team to be extremely helpful when I have asked for assistance. Lisa in particular has ordered spray paint for me and has followed up any delay in the order and rang to advise of its arrival which is appreciated as it has saved trips to the store

I found the staff member that serviced me very polite,friendly and helpful with my painting project. I went there to get the extra paint needed and gave me great advice and what he thinks might have gone wrong in the process of my painting and how to fix/improve.

Excellent interaction with Tyson. I just think in regards to delivery you should be a bit more transparent in regards to times and cost. That way customers can factor it in when ordering. Lol

Wow what amazing customer service. Went to buy 10lt weathersheild that was out of stock, after 5 phone calls they sourced it and then without asking had it delivered to my house first thing in the morning. Absolutely blown away. Will always have my future purchases.

Helpful professional staff. Great service whether you're a professional painter or home painter (like me). Good advice received. Over my last three visits to Parafield store in the past few weeks, I've had advice on diverse projects such as painting a brick wall, painting external weatherboards, spray painting a shed, painting a concrete floor and using chalk emulsion for a table restoration. Lisa even showed me a chalk emulsion project she had done which was really helpful. Thanks all.

On walking into the store I was greeted cordially and was asked if they could be of assistance. As I knew what I wanted. the information provided by a professional painter, I gave a note to the staff member who provided me with different quotes. On agreement he went to work making up the paint and even carried it to my vehicle. Tremendous service.

A special mention to the Inspirations Team at Parafield for their excellent service and welcoming no fuss experience. Their expertise assisted me with paint selection and recommendations for accessory products. I even found pricing better than local competitors.
Assistance was also provided ( without asking ) in delivering purchases to my vehicle.

I bought from Inspiration Paint three times so far. The service was great. The first time a sales assistant helped me to chose a colour by looking together through Dulux pallet on the internet. The last time they did not have the paint I needed in the store. Another sales assistant (a woman, I don't know the name) offered to bring the paint from another store, did it very quickly, and kept me in the loop re the time frame of delivery. She was not there when I arrived, but she left a note to other staff and I just collected my paint. She really made it very easy for me.

I don't paint and I don't enjoy painting but the fella that served me (I feel terrible for not getting his name) was as helpful as it gets to make sure I had all the right gear to make a chore as easy as possible. Amazing service.
