Simple ordering process and quick delivery.

Would not go past Flag World to buy my flags for any occasion. Their service is excellent, delivery is made on time when advised and their product is TOP CLASS. Over the years have purchased several and have never been disappointed which is why I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE IS! Thank You.

Good quality flag and pole. I had to email to see when the order was being delivered. No communication was sent after the purchase regarding delivery. Once I emailed I had a response the same day.

The Australian Flag arrived very quickly along with another flag I hadn't ordered. I rang flag world up and a lovely young lady answered the phone. When I told her of their mistake, she was extremely helpful, a mistake their Warehouse packaging department made. They are sending a reply paid envelope for me to return the extra flag. I would be happy to deal with Flag World again. The flag itself is really good quality and can't wait to see it fly.

We are very happy with the flag and the fact that it is made in Australia. The fact that you use Australia Post also ensured it was delivered to the local Post Office instead of a courier service.

We opened the box this afternoon and were very impressed on the workmanship and the overall finish of our National Flag.

It will fly high at our sporting complex from tomorrow, our members are mostly current serving and former defence personnel will see our new flag upon arrival.

Although we didn’t receive any notification that it was being delivered until the day it arrived ( we not home ) it is a good product. We will proudly display it in our front yard .
