This store has great staff that made understanding the process easy for me. It has everything that I needed to complete my project. I will be back next time.

Best customer service I have had in years
I visited this store today and the man that assisted me (I think he is relatively new) was beyond great he didn’t shut me down for my strange ideas, yet offered suggestions to guide me in the right direction. And the tips he gave me…. where so helpful. I wish I had know these sooner! Thank you - I will be back!

Really, REALLY easy to order what I wanted online. They price-match the Big Green Box too, and the order was ready in about 30 minutes after placing my order. BTW: super service... they rang me to ensure I had specified the correct paint tint too!

Pickup booking system problem?
I went into the store to collect my paint when I had confirmed the pickup time and date when requested to during my order placed on your website, and was told that the store didn't even have the paint in the shop. How does the website ask me to confirm pickup date and time if the shop I was getting the paint from didn't even have the paint in store? I'm not blaming the store but i got into my car to pickup a purchase at the confirmed time which the website asked me to choose. Does the system not check the stock before asking a customer to get in his car and drive to a store?
