Hello Craig. thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the delay and the frustration caused. Over the Christmas and New Year period, our deliveries were temporarily paused and have now resumed. We did communicate our holiday trading hours on our website.

Submitted order on Friday Dec 19th with delivery from Melbourne to Bendigo. I was expecting delivery anytime between Monday Dec 22nd to Wednesday December 24th however no delivery was made. I called 4Cabling Melbourne office on Monday December 29th and they advised that there were no deliveries until Monday January 5th. So, your website should have clearly specified that there were no deliveries scheduled as i could have arranged to collect them myself on December 23rd-24th etc.

During the festive period, our delivery services were temporarily suspended from 19 December and resumed today, Monday 5 January. Customer service is great; they offered me a discount, which made me tempted to purchase. The online purchase offers same-day pick-up. Parking is very convenient without hesitation to look for a spot. The Elegant Power socket outlet range is very affordable and offers different color face plates compared to others in the market."
