Customer Service was excellent. The only issue was the cost. Compared to other Paint outlets we found your pricing at the top end.
Brilliant service! Tristian skilfully matched our tiny paint chip, estimated how much paint we needed, and gave good advice on the brush requirements. Definitely coming back next time we need paint!

Great store and working hard to keep everyone safe
We are very lucky to have a such a great team working in our local Inspirations paint shop in Hornsby.
Great customer service and very easy to order and pay over the phone and to collect safely during COVID restrictions. Good advice and knowledge, thankyou.

I was very pleased with the product and…
I was very pleased with the product and pricing. The only concern was being quoted $30 for the delivery of a $46.50 purchase from your Chatswood store to my home In Wahrooga. I said I wasn’t going to pay this much for delivery and to cancel my order whereupon the delivery cost was waived and my order delivered in 3 days. In the end I was happy with the outcome but concerned about the delivery cost issue.

I am always greeted with friendly service by staff who know their products well. Whenever I have queries about my requirements I am always provided with good advice. I also find the product prices very affordable in comparison to other stores.

The team at Hornsby Inspirations give friendly (non chauvinistic) advice
The team at Hornsby Inspirations give me lots of great advice for our (slow moving) house renovation / paint job. As a woman going into a hardware / trade store I really appreciate that this shop is run by a knowledgeable, practical, friendly woman. Thanks for all of your help Merril!
