Customer Service was excellent. The only issue was the cost. Compared to other Paint outlets we found your pricing at the top end.
Brilliant service! Tristian skilfully matched our tiny paint chip, estimated how much paint we needed, and gave good advice on the brush requirements. Definitely coming back next time we need paint!

So much better than Bunnings. Pre-order online. No need to find the right paint, wait to have it tinted and stand around in the crowd. Slightly cheaper too.

Online order process disappointing, accepted the order but store out of stock. The mechanics should be 'real time' inventory management.
Invoicing procedure also needs reviewing.

Simple click and collect. Better price than Bunnings, and able to order the colour I wanted through simple online format.

Very helpful
The staff have always been super helpful and now with Covid restrictions it was great to be able to buy what we needed over the phone and pick it up from outside the shop in seconds (en-route to a medical appointment). Excellent service.
