Awesome assistance with colour selection.. friendly helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Went in with My bathroom sink door frame after a lil dye incident that didn't want to come away. After explaining my incident to the gladstone team, they gave me the closet paint match in a small tin and told me what to do next.

After fixing everything. Its like nothing happened.

Appreciate the staffs super understanding.

Friendly staff & prices substantially better than elsewhere.

We have shopped here many times over the past few years whilst renovating our house. Usually happy but this time the advice and products received for a roofing paint were useless and could not use the special rollers that I was sold and was given incorrect thinners - who knew there were strong and weak thinners - so all in all money was wasted and when I returned to shop to discuss what happened was not offered a refund or discount. I feel that for specialised projects that all staff should know the information and be able to provide correct advice and if not find someone who can. Also if you have a roof area - allow for more paint to be required. Disappointing and expensive exercise. If a loyal customer then should be afforded better treatment.

I cannot say enough on the great friendly and genuine service that I received. I went in looking for some bulk thinners for my model acrylic lacquer paints. I was greated not from behind a counter but with a smile and a genuine how can I help you. I was given great advice. Honest Advice. And I also purchased some great masking tape. I will be getting any other products that I need from this business. The young lady was exceptional
