Poor Service
We purchased the Dulux Pebble Crush col Nightfall with equipment. We were expecting advice from the staff as they are supposed to know about the product. The rollers sold to us did not work, apparently the roller by Dulux has been discontinued? The prime sealer apparently is supposed to be tinted (?). This wasn’t done. When we went today (16 June) for more equipment the sales person was extremely rude and unhelpful.

With regard to the rollers provided, we believed we were supplying a suitable product for your needs, though we now understand that there may have been a better option. We’ve since reviewed the relevant product data sheets and discussed this situation as a team to improve how we handle similar queries in the future.
Regarding the sealer not being tinted — we appreciate the feedback and agree that further clarification around this process would have been beneficial at the time of sale. To help prevent this from happening again, we are reaching out to Dulux to request additional training and support for our team to ensure we're always providing the most up-to-date product information.
In response to your concern about staff conduct, we want to assure you that we always aim to be courteous, honest, and professional. We understand that tone and intent can sometimes be interpreted differently, especially in a busy retail environment. While we don’t believe there was any rudeness intended, we do regret if any interaction made them feel uncomfortable — that is never our intention.
We pride ourselves on both our product knowledge and our customer service, and we always aim to treat our customers with respect — just as we hope to be treated in return.
