I went to Inspirations Paint in Ayr, Qld, for the first time and was really impressed. I had a difficult paint job ahead of me, where the paint was continually peeling no matter how much I sanded. The job was huge and I was already stressed. I called the shop about 5 times in total for advice and bought a few items. Before they knew me they were just so kind over the phone. So helpful and patient. When I did go in Luke was wonderful when I took a solid 5 minutes to decide if I wanted the 1 litre or 4 litre Aqua enamel gloss, not to mention how long he waited for my color choice. Lesley was so kind to me as well. There was never any attitude like "its you again, im busy". I absolutely value good customer service (where its genuine) and you rarely see it these days. Thank you to the Ayr staff for making my job that bit easier and in the end, thanks to them, I achieved a fantastic result. Whew!

The team were extremely supportive and gave me some great pointers for the project that I had ahead of me in my new home. The highlight for me was their understanding of what I was trying to achieve. I will certainly be back for more assistance on my paint journey.

My experience was a good one.. Staff were very helpful and friendly.. I had a project I needed to do and the staff member he explained the best products for me and why.. The second time I went in I needed a product but was all gone, so they ordered more and was there the next day for me.. I really appreciated there help and if I need anything again I won't hesitate to go back..
