I have been a customer for 3 years. I have experienced the best customer service ever. Kim, Michelle, Sonna and Wendy are extremely knowledgeable and offer many different options. They are so easy to talk to and explain everything about their products and services. I know I can contact them with any questions and they are always eager to help. They truly care about my health and well-being. I highly recommend the Newmarket office. They are a huge part towards InspiAIR's success.

Staff (Kim) was extremely helpful and assisted me getting what I needed as well as looked into what information may be needed for my doctor.

after lots of frustration from other suppliers in newmarket I walked into InspiAir on davis dr and had to wait a few minutes. A young lady approached and asked how can I help, I told her I needed a strap for my nasel mask. I got one and then she suggested I buy the complete mask it would be cheeper going through my insurance. She told me it should be changed twice a year because of bacteria build up even with washing. I have been having sinus problems and this was the cause.No other business had taking the time to tell me this.It was a great experince and made my day Thanks to Kim. God Bless (ps I will be a permanent customer With InspriAir ).

I have severe Sleep Apena and was completely clueless as to what supplies I needed. Michelle from InspiAir walked me through and explained absolutely everything in detail. She was AMAZING!!! I was completely at ease and she had me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much for your excellent help, Michelle! I would highly recommend Michelle from InspiAir!! The lady at the desk offered help immediately and was very knowledgeable about the products. She took her time in explaining the benefits of everything. Although I went in with the intent of purchasing a new machine, she did not try to pressure me to buy a new one and suggested a reasonable alternative of a different hose and mask instead. I appreciated all of her help.

The staff and Parthi were most helpful in answering my questions and they were able to supply the necessary battery I needed for travel. Very friendly and prompt service. Thank you

Really friendly and knowledgeable service from the Newmarket Location. Wendy helped me get a sleep test and advised me on what CPAP machine was best for me.

Kim looks after everything and is pleasant to talk to. Your email said Steven helped me , but the only person (other than people answering phones who were also helpful) was Kim.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I use oxygen and CPAP. They have all the equipment I need. I really appreciate the time they take to listen to my needs and have a solution for me.

Michelle Couto made the whole experience of getting my new C-pap machine very pleasant. She was also instrumental in getting the process of seeing my Dr. started and she did all the paperwork at the end of the process to deal with the government.

I was recently diagnosed with severe Sleep Apnea. While searching for a CPAP supplier, I called InspiAIR and had the luck of having my called answered by a pleasant lady by the name of Wendy, and I immediately knew I found the company that would help we my CPAP needs. Wendy's friendly voice and wanting to help and answer all my questions without making me feel like I was an inconvenience (like the previous four called i had just previously made) put my mind at ease. Yesterday I went to pick up my new machine and had the chance to put face to the pleasant voice I only knew as Wendy. Once again I was welcomed and all my fears were gone. Wendy took what ever time was needed to help me understand and feel comfortable with the operation of my new CPAP machine and made sure that I was comfortable with my mask choice. While This location was twice as far as my local supplier, I knew I made the right choice and it was worth the 35 Minute drive (even at $1.75/ltr LOL ) I will not hesitate to let everyone that will listen about the WONDERFUL, FREINDLY service I received from WENDY C of InspiAIR Newmarket.
