Excellent eye care products

Excellent eye care products. Pollen count is high and my eyes were sore itchy…. The eye mask is soothing drops help immensely and spray provides instant relief. I bought these products for my daughter and we have both had great success. Thank you !!! Delivered right on time!!

I recently received a product I did not…

I recently received a product I did not order. I tried contacting customer service multiple times by phone but could not reach anyone.
When I checked my account, cancellation options were not clearly accessible and the subscription process was confusing through a third-party system. I had to go through that system to deactivate it.

During my call with support, I was first told they did not have access to cancel subscriptions. After further discussion, I was then told everything had been removed and the subscription was cancelled, including payment details.

This inconsistency was very frustrating, especially being given two completely different explanations about whether cancellation was even possible.

Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident using this service.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by this experience.

For clarity, we do not create subscriptions on behalf of customers without their authorization and subscription options are clearly labeled on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. Customers also have full control over their subscriptions through their account and can manage, modify, or cancel them at any time without needing to contact customer service.

In this case, we immediately cancelled your subscription during the customer service call. No follow-up was required and no future subscription orders will be generated.

We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve the customer experience.

Stolen Package/Quick Solution

My order with them got stolen on the delivery day. Not only they were super understanding of the situation, but they sent me right away another package for free. They even require that the new package would be only delivered with signature to be sure it doesn't get stolen again. Big shout out to Lily Rose at customer service for your kindness and professionalism ! Will reorder with them for sure !!
