I wish I read the reviews before completing the questionnaire. It's a trap, they asked you a mile long questionnaire saying FREE and then pull you in to suck the life out of your pocket. I wish there was an internet police where I could file an FIR so that they don't play with the emotions and money of people.

Encouraged my curiosity
The test does not try to oversimplify people, and this is something which I really appreciated. The tests recognize that personality and behavior are complex and nuanced. The results were realistic and flexible rather than being set in stone. The tests encouraged curiosity about myself rather than dictating who I was.

If i could give zero stars I would
If i could give zero stars I would. This company is deceptive and says you are on a subscription service, in an email after paying what you think is a one time fee. And it is at the end of a receipt that you may and probably will not see bc it is at the end, and if you dont know to scroll down and why would you. It then says that you have a subscription. And most people do not even see this. You will then be charged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And they do not have a customer service phone number.

My friend recommended this site for taking the Enneagram test, and it was one of the better ones I’ve taken. They not only gave me information about my type but also went into my motivations, stress, and growth. I actually had to read it over a couple of times because it gave me words for what I’ve been feeling for a long time. It was fun comparing them.

A test that gets me
So I have taken lots of personality tests over the years, and I feel like the results were very specific to me as an individual. I used this for career and personality aspects, and I found it helpful in understanding my relationships with other people and what I need in terms of structure. I didn’t find anything to be over-the-top and gimmicky. I feel like I have a better understanding of who I am rather than just giving me a label.

Finally makes sense why I was unhappy
I utilized Insightful Traits while considering a career change, and the career preference test was much more useful than I had anticipated. It wasn’t trying to tell me what career path I should follow, but rather assisted in understanding what types of work settings are draining to me versus what types of work settings are invigorating. Viewing these preferences in written form helped a lot of my past work-related frustration fall into place. The results appeared to be fairly accurate and not just fluff, which helped provide a better basis for decision-making in the future. The first career suggestion was consistent with what I enjoy doing (although I do have to say that one of the secondary suggestions that I didn’t entirely agree with, but I can see how they may have thought that it would be a good fit).
