Scammed For 7 months!

If there was a minus star I would give that because to award this scammy company 1 star is just not right.
I did the test, charged £1 to get the test results and was completely oblivious to the fact that £29.95 was being taken out of my PayPal account every month since last November!
I was furious when I found out today they had so deceptively, stolen nearly £210 from me without my knowledge.
I had no emails or receipts.
This company is hooking people up with tests online, who like myself are not made aware they are 'subscribing' to their App services.
The Government should find a way to monitor and stop these fraudulant practices.

A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. You have to pay after giving your email so you can't see the results. Obviously they don't warn you upfront, before starting a looong quiz.. A dirty trap. It's manipulative and underhanded making people sink time and then having a paywall Infront of results. Disgusting.

Horrible trap! I did not realize they charged me for 4 months. Why do people do such awful things? Very angry and just sent them an email for a refund. Hope they will pay back!

Hate everything about these kind of websites. Waste 10 mins filling out a personality quiz, with no mention that they'd charge for results. Worse yet, they ask for your email at the end saying they'll send you the result. Then Boom. Paywall. Deceptive. Should be illegal and banned.

Another “free” scam to your email and then you have to pay for results.
Update: They replied 3 months later stating that the pricing is obvious - yet I have an whole screenshot of "FREE". Trust the actual reviews and not a company that stoops to lying and manipulation. To date, they have 80% 1-star reviews which tells a lot....also look into the home location vs the location on website. Bobblehead theory at its finest. SCAM!!!!!

My experience with Insightful Traits was terrible. They stole 60 Euros from me!!!
I signed up once with one email address. Somehow their system created two subscriptions at the same time. I even got two confirmation emails for the same email address. I thought it was just an error. It was not.
They charged me twice for the same trial over two months. Almost 60 euros gone for something I only signed up for once.
I paid via PayPal and opened a case. PayPal still decided in favor of the seller. So do not rely on buyer protection here.
I later checked Trustpilot and saw many similar negative reviews. This is not an isolated issue.
It's a SCAM!!! Stay away!

Avoid at all costs
Please stay away from this website as they are doing fraud.
Let me tell you why
1. They offer you free quiz, and after you spend a lot of time doing it they THEN show that you need to pay $1.5 or something like that. And they mention it is one time.
But no, it is a recurring payment they initialize automatically with your payment method and you might not recognize it right away unless you get a notification, I didn't with paypal, or atleast I don't remember noticing.
2. They charge you $29.95 after 14 days automatically. Basically their subscription is of 14 days. Who asks for $30 for 14 days for a one time service like a quiz? It is exorbitant.
3. There is no cancel subscription option on their website or your user account settings they provide. Nope, I'd attach a screenshot but I don't see an option to here but I just got charged $29.95 and I went to the website to get it cancelled but there was no option.
Infact they are even showing blatantly in the user settings page that you can buy 14 days premium recurring subscription at $29.95 and the billing section is empty.
Your only option is to immediately get it cancelled from your bank or payment provider. But one more reason why you should avoid sites like these or giving them your payment info. I'm saved by paypal immediately refunding me, I'd advice avoiding them and making sure not to provide any payment info to them.

Stay away. Waste your time doing the quiz. Then they want money after giving your email so you can't see the results and then the payments ramp up dramatically after the first month. The questions are shallow, the subscription is useless, and it's a total scam, it labels tests as "free" when they're not which i think is false labeling and there are much better sites that deserve to pop up on the top, this one tho? Pure bullshit.
