The advert states that the insurance is "tailor-made." I do not believe this is false or misleading.
I have used several other insurance companies, and many of them also allow a partner to be added as an SPD (Social, Domestic and Pleasure) driver. However, that alone does not make the policy tailored to my needs. The issue is that they do not provide the level of cover or flexibility that was advertised.
My point is that describing the policy as "tailor-made" creates the expectation that it is designed around individual customer needs. In practice, the cover offered is similar to many standard insurers and excludes important aspects that I would reasonably expect to be included. That is why I believe the advertising is misleading and requires better justification.

The accessibility to how drivers can purchase insurance is quite convenient, and unfortunately, there is currently no app available to make the process even more streamlined. Additionally, the prices are competitive and on par with other providers.

Our underwriters use 100's of factors when calculating premiums and much like other industries our prices are subject to change, so our premiums are not fixed.
Within the UK, premiums are increasing across the whole insurance industry. This is due to rising claims inflation with vehicle parts being more difficult to source and labour costs increasing sharply. Unfortunately, we are not exempt from this and have had to raise our prices to keep up with rising costs.
Our sales team are always happy to discuss your renewal price with you when it comes to the time - please get in contact with us 7 days prior to your policy expiring to discuss this further.
