I purchased a 30-day car insurance…
I purchased a 30-day car insurance policy at around 6:00 pm. After completing the payment, the policy start time shown was 6:30 pm.
Unfortunately, although the payment was taken from my account, I did not receive my insurance documents. I tried to contact your customer support through both the online chat and by telephone. The phone lines were closed because your stated opening hours were from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and the online chat was only an automated chatbot with no option to speak to a real person.
As a result, I waited for several hours, hoping to receive my insurance documents so I could legally drive my car from where it was parked. Unfortunately, the documents never arrived that evening.
The following morning, at around 9:00–10:00 am, I called your customer service again. This time someone answered the phone. After I explained the situation, I was given what I felt was a very strange explanation—that my documents had somehow not been updated. The representative then sent the insurance documents to me by email immediately.
I explained that I had effectively lost one day of my 30-day insurance policy because I was unable to drive my car without the insurance documents. I therefore asked if the policy could be amended to start from that day instead, since I had only just received the documents. However, my request was refused.

You had all my details for 10 years no claim on a private vehicle. Then after paying for delivery insurance you charged me additional money become it was not accumulated on a delivery insurance policy.
