Innovation kept me informed at all stages of the work that was being carried out thank you so much .

Josh snd Ash did a great job in good time and left the area exactly as they found it so it was like they have not been there at all. Good job 👍

Kevin and Jordan arrived on time. Regardless of the heat completed the job withn the allocated time. Left the premises clean and tidy. Were very polite, pleasant and professional.

Alex Bull was our geotechnical engineer and did an amazing job in the middle of a heatwave. Polite, punctual, and very thorough in both the investigation and after during the cleanup.

Faz & Joel may have been late but you can't help that if you use the M1 or M40 in Northants.
Once they got here, they were polite and friendly and explained what and when they would be doing things. Once their work was completed, they asked if I was happy with their work and if things had been cirrectly replaced and if they had cleared everything away prior to completion
All-in-all, we were very happy with their work

Great lads, worked real hard in 30+ degrees temperarures on a tough job.
Friendly and polite never complained once.
Would highly recommend.

Terry was very professional and delivered great service.

The 2 guys who came to do boreholes, Faz and Joel, were very polite, and friendly. Faz answered all my questions, obviously very knowledgeable. They both worked well as a team, worked hard and got the job done! Thanks.

Terry Jones was really professional and patient. He waited around 20 mins-30 mins for me to arrive at the property without complaint. He was friendly and allowed me to leave. He locked up the property and kept me updated throughout. He is a credit to Innovation. Thank you. Job ref was 34281981

Alex was a very friendly guy who has a great knowledge and expertise and i was very impressed with answering of my question's I asked, you can not tell he have been left job very clean and tidy

Bore hole inspection,

Faz and joel where great, polite explained what they where doing and how long it would take, Faz was very knowledgeable when i asked about possable causes of the subsidence and knew his stuff. They were late but held up on their last job which couldent be helped. Left the inspection site clean and almost like new.

I would like to leave a five-star review for Josh and Terry following the work they carried out at our property today.

⏰ Both Josh and Terry arrived bang on 8:00am as scheduled. They were extremely understanding when I explained that I was rushing out the door to take my son to hospital due to an injury. ❤️ My husband remained at home and spoke with them, and he found them both to be very informative and professional in explaining exactly what work they would be carrying out.

🔨 The standard of their work was immaculate, and the finish was absolutely fantastic. 👏 Before leaving, they took the time to explain everything they had done, which was greatly appreciated.

🧹 They left everything clean and tidy, and throughout the visit they were friendly, polite, and professional.

😊 Josh and Terry are a real credit to the Innovation Group. The quality of their workmanship and customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

Efficient and punctual

Terry did a fantastic job of clearing a problem left by another company

Robert Rollinson arrived on the first visit on time, surveyed but, as the weather looked rainy, decided to return the following week on a dry day to reconcrete a drain area.
On a dry day we’ll win in one week he returned with Billy Silk to complete the work. They were courteous and pleasant and respected my property.
Job was completed and was excellent.

Everything about the Innovation Group is very positive I’m pleased to say from the office staff to the workman all of whom have conducted themselves very professionally.l have had dealings with quite a number of the staff from various departments from trees to foundations to drains,All did a splendid job.There is still much work to do but I’m confident it will be done to the standard of the work already carried out.They really are an innovation.Many Thanks.Judith.
