I traded a Google pixel 6 phone after being offered £75 for it being in good condition which it was, however innofinity emailed me to say the reduced offer would be £33 due to the phone being in poor condition which I disputed . With innofinity having the phone I did accept the £33 instead of them sending it back. I have traded several phones in over the last 20 years in the same condition and have always received the original offer! I will not use innofinity again.

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit. Je vraagt een lening aan die in eerste instantie word goed gekeurd. Daarna loonstrook en Bankafschriften ingezonden, om vervolgens een mail terug te krijgen dat volgens de informatie mijn partner een negatieve BKR heeft. Ben al 15 jaar alleenstaand dus welke partner in hemelsnaam, sta ook alleen ingeschreven op mijn adres en heb ook geen kinderen. Dus ben echt benieuwd waar ze deze nep informatie vandaan hebben. En dan staat er ook nog, maar ondanks u partner had u toch niet kunnen lenen met u inkomen, dit terwijl ze zelf de beoordeling doen naar aanleiding van je inkomen wat je invult en je loonstrook.
Dit bedrijf heeft hun zaken niet op orde en hun informatie zuigen ze uit hun duim.

Wat een fantastische kredietverstrekker is dit! De medewerkers van Inoffin zijn zonder twijfel een van de allerbeste in hun vak.
Vanaf het eerste moment merk je dat je hier geen nummer bent. Ze denken écht op alle fronten met je mee en kijken naar jouw persoonlijke situatie. Wat je vraag of uitdaging ook is: ze zoeken altijd naar een goede oplossing en doen er werkelijk alles aan om te zorgen dat je geholpen wordt.
Het is zo fijn om te merken dat ze tot het uiterste gaan om de beste weg voor jou te vinden. Ik ben hierdoor heel erg tevreden. Als je op zoek bent naar een partij die niet alleen professioneel is, maar ook echt menselijk met je meedenkt, dan zit je bij Inoffin en deze kredietverstrekker helemaal goed.

Title: Pure discrimination against agency workers and total amateurism!

I strongly warn everyone against using InnoFin! If you work through an employment agency, they will just waste your time and then discriminate against you.

I applied for a small loan of €5,000. My financial profile is flawless: 8 years of continuous work history in the Netherlands (UWV verified), a Phase C contract (permanent contract), a completely clean BKR credit history, and a fully verified iDIN through ASN Bank.

Despite having all of these rock-solid documents and full identity/address verification through iDIN, they rejected my application solely because I live in accommodation provided by the agency and do not have a standard BRP registration from the municipality. They completely ignored the fact that my agency explicitly deducts my housing costs on my payslips, which they already had!

To top it all off, they sent me an official rejection email with a broken attachment that cannot even be opened. Absolute amateurism and a total joke of a company. A formal complaint regarding discrimination has already been filed with Kifid. Avoid them at all costs!
