Juan led our training group with a rare combination of empathy and assertiveness. By sharing the right development tools at the right moments, and providing a safe space to practice and internalize the learnings, he supported each of us in developing a more emotionally intelligent leadership style. The takeaways from this training experience serve me not only in my career, but also in my private life.
Juan is an inspiring speaker who combines expertise and a personal touch in his workshops. I had the opportunity to work with Juan during Skillsweek 2024, an event organized at the University of Amsterdam. During his workshop on emotional intelligence and self-empowerment, Juan presented the Mind Canvas, a model he created to help people take control of their emotions and actions.
Juan actively engaged with the participants and helped them deal with the limiting thoughts caused by their fears, shifting their mindset to think more positively.
The feedback we received from the attendees was incredible. Many revealed that Juan provided them with the tools to master their emotions by diving into their inner selves and approaching their problems from a different perspective.
It was a pleasure having him during our event; we highly recommend him.
