Terrible service.

Good luck trying to speak to someone.

I have been chasing a service that we pay for not only there has been no resolution. I am still paying for a full service and not having my sharps container collected.

I have been using this service for less than a year and have already had to make more than seven complaints regarding missed collections and poor communication.
The first time this happened, the failure to collect my clinical waste forced me to close my business for almost a month. After raising the issue, I was assured that procedures would be put in place to ensure it would never happen again. Despite these assurances, collections continued to be missed.
After discussing the situation with Holly, who arranged the contract, I was informed that my contract would be cancelled without penalty due to the ongoing service failures. However, later that same day, this decision was reversed, and I was given conflicting information.
Overall, the service has been extremely disappointing. The repeated missed collections, lack of communication, and inconsistent information provided by staff have caused significant disruption to my business. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I’ve always had a great service from Initial. Being self employed means you can be working different day, meaning to change times last minute to fit around my schedule and Peter at initial is always very understand of this.

We have been with initial for many years now. We recently had a change in driver but the new driver is great and so helpful all the time. The collections are never late I would highly recommended intial.

Jude consistently provides exceptional service. She is friendly, approachable and willing to help, always with a positive attitude. No matter how busy she is she always makes sure we feel valued and supported and will do whatever she can if we ask for anything.
Jude's professionalism and dedication really stands out and it is clear to see she genuinely cares about doing a great job and building a good rapport with the customers she works with.
She is one of a kind a definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in on a daily basis
