We have just had a new heating system installed in our annexe. The system itself we are finding to be preforming extremely well. It heats up incredibly quickly, far quicker than any other heating system you will come across, so doesn’t have to run for very long at anyone one time. It is control by a very user friendly app which runs on more than one phone at a time which we are finding very useful. The setup was very easy and well explained over the phone. It was over the phone as we had to use local contractors as we live on an island so could not use their fitters. This was not a problem at all and they organised the local contractors.
We did have problems with the ordering and instillation dates which made everything detailed by a month or so causing me to have to phone numerous times to get it all sorted annoyingly hence why not 5 stars.

Professionally fitted by Jack and Joe ( I've never seen two tidy electrians).
Although I'm not looking forward to the cold weather to soon,but am looking forward to seeing how efficient and cost of running.

From first contact my experience has been amazing. We had our old gas hot water and heating system replaced with infrared panels and an Aquaeffecient 6. They arranged a local plumber to remove our old water tank, boiler and radiators ; the plumber they found was the best I've had the pleasure to work with.
They then installed the infrared panels quickly and effeciently. The installation guys were great, highly skilled, and very patient with my endless questions. They did a great job of working around the chaos I live in, and did a fantastic job cleaning up.

Great product with wonderful customer service. Really helpful. Brought over a sample before I committed which made such a difference in helping make my decision. Fully specked out my apartment too to make sure that I bought the correct product. I was even able to have one of the heaters painted a picture before it went on my wall so that it wasn't just a big white blob of a radiator. The fitters were really lovely, and very quick. I have recommended them to so many people as I was so cosy this winter. App is very user friendly too. 10/10. If I ever move, I am buying them again.

Very pleased with my Infrared Pannels, simple to install and easy to control, mine are an add on to my system they boost the heating when I need it planning to get more, good company to deal with.

Very helpful from Aaron's first survey to the final installation. Great team and Jack the electrician was especially helpful in helping get things set up. I have seen a definite reduction in energy costs compared to the old storage heaters, and the ability to control and program the entire house from the app is a great feature.

This is a local company to me in Chesterfield who provide a high quality, responsive customer service coupled with a great product. The infa-red heaters are neat, low cost to run and efficient. Infared Group made sure that we had the right heaters for the space, installed them well and followed up with great customer service. Would thoroughly recommend.

We couldn’t recommend this company high enough for the excellent service and ultimately the products we received. We now have 6 Infared radiators fully installed which are all depicting works of art by our favourite artists. The print quality is superb and one would be hard pushed to realise each is actually a radiator. We must mention our sales advisor Keiran who talked us through every aspect of the product and what was available to us. His patience and understanding approach gave us confidence in the company. Also the radiators were installed with great care and precision by Aaron and his colleague. I would highly recommend this innovative and stylish new way of heating a home.

Having this heating system fitted to my elderly mum’s bungalow was definitely the right way to go. The panels are neatly out of the way on the ceiling and we went for a basic remote control for her even though better ones were available. We are very pleased with how it has performed, she was warm enough during the cold weather. Would definitely recommend it and everyone we dealt with from start to finish has been very professional. Aftercare has been excellent too.

I as very happy with service I received everything was explained and the range of sizes and to be able to get a picture of.photo on the panel heaters was an added bonus they look great and heat my 2 bedroomed flat up lovely and being efficient my electric bill was reduced and because they are individual heaters you don't need to heat a room you are not using very happy with my purchase and cheaper that electric radiators would definitely recommend

My experience with the infrared group was absolutely brilliant. Their representative, Kieran, contacted me within minutes of my enquiry and had my installation booked within the day. The installation team were very efficient and co-operated seamlessly with our electrical contractor. Aaron, the installer was able to get everything set up for me and I'm now enjoying this lovely clean heat!!! I couldn't have asked for a better service, thank you all at the infrared group!

We were finding it a bit tricky to get our new infrared heated panels paired to the remote controllers. Called the company and Nathan talked us through the process step by step and made it so simple! Really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the heaters for our cattery.

Well i have to say I am so glad we stumbled upon this company.Our contact was Cameron who phoned came the following day demonstrated a panel had a chat advised us on what we would need for effective heating of our property and then left ,no hard sell and no pressure atall. I had contacted another electric heating company and they never even botherd turning up then proceeded to bombard me with texts and emails . The prices vary so much with electric heating most being far more than Cameron quoted us so we decided to proceed with the quote and I am so glad we did . Ive only had the heaters a few days so cant compare running costs but i can tell you that installation of our 4 panels was great .Two young lads came to fit them they were great from start to finish polite totally professional and extremly tidy .They set the app up on my husbands phone and expained everything we needed to know about the thermostats. All I can say is if you have electric heating or old storage heaters as we did you must talk to this company I am so pleased with the service we received and the end result is fabulos I have high hopes for a reduced electric bill

Very good to deal with: prompt response to enquiry, came out to demonstrate panels and undertake survey very soon, sent quotation quickly with excellent follow up. As others have said, there is no hard sell, just courteous service and provision of information. Would recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Four infrared heating panels fitted at our Airbnb and the results have been brilliant. Highly recommend.

Having an old Victorian house with very old inefficient radiators we decided to take the plunge and look forward with Infrared Heating. Nathan came round and talked us through how it works, including a demonstration of a panel, then we went round the house measuring rooms and working out the power of the panels for each room. Nathan then took us through the options available.

Once the Quote was received from the Infrared Group there was no pressure with frequent phone calls, just the occassionally communication to see where we were with the decision. Once we decided to go forward it was all booked in quite quickly and the Fitters who came out were pleasant and considerate in their work and ensure the panels and bars were put where we preferred them to go with as little mess and upheaval as possible.

Once the system was installed it has been easy to use, and great at getting the house warmer than it was before, and Nathan has continued to assist with advice as we change from the old heating system to the way the new one works. Good to see a companies help does not stop once the install had been completed.

I would thoroughly recommend the Infrared Group for anyone who is thinking of changing their Heating System to Infrared.
