No refund policy - a scam.
If a company (who sells license to use web service…) don’t have refund policy, than it’s a really bad software. Not worth it, run away.

That platform misleads you to buy the annual suscription without clarifying the currency and for so the real cost of the service. I have been trying to contact the support team to request my refund, but so far I havent been able to comunicate with anyone!

Inaccurate Data
The information in their reports is off by a long shot. From audience demographics to even the front-facing post-interaction data, something is very, very wrong with their calculations. I would not recommend trusting their data when driving your business decisions. Always ask for screenshots directly from influencers to appropriately vet the information.

They don't provide refunds
They don't provide refunds, so we spent 200 dollars for nothing. We couldn't find the YouTube influencers we needed, so we asked for a refund after a week of use. No luck.

Don't ever try to get fooled by…
Don't ever try to get fooled by Influencity. They don't have much database and will keep showing you the same results for different searches. Worst, they dont issue refunds!!!

We are sad to hear you had a bad experience using our platform.
We would like to provide some clarity however.
Our database consists of >100M influencers across all social media platforms; these influencer profiles can be accessed through performing searches.
Our platform displays more than 20 filters that allow for highly granular searches. It is therefore possible, and also normal, that if only certain filters are applied, separate searches might generate some common results.
Regarding the refunds issue; we run a SaaS pricing model similar to many companies out there, whereby a monthly fee is paid on a given date, regardless of how much of a plan gets used.
We do offer a 7-day free trial to all potential customers, as well as the possibility to cancel the subscription at any point in time.
Again, sorry to hear that we did not cover your expectations.
