Just make sure it's in stock. Needed parts asap. Placed order and luckily was too cheap to pay for expedited delivery as the parts were not in stock to ship for several days anyway. Would have been really upset had i paid for the outrageous next day or two day shipping only to learn that i could have used ground and gotten them just as quick. Maybe they refund you in that situation but they need to notify you that stuff's not in stock before placing order.

I ordered the wrong color pop-ups, and they easily exchanged them.

I needed parts for my 28 year old Caretaker Cleaning System and the sales staff helped me decide what needed to be replaced and options that were available.
