I signed up for this app and money got taken out of my account but I was not able to sign into app. I messaged them and got no response.

SCAM!! This is a horribly sad company that scams you, there is no option to receive help! It is impossible to even access your account and I never received a plan.

I fell for their scam too! They do not respond nor do they give any instructions on how to cancel the plans. They charged me double the amount and I have no way of ending this subscription now. Can anyone share how they cancelled theirs??

Been on an endless loop with their support asking to show my weight and app usage before they’ll grant me a refund - never even downloaded the app or received confirmation that I had been enrolled. Absolutely horrendous experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They’ve taken £59.99 from me and when I’ve gone to actually download the app it’s saying it’s not available in my region. Ridiculous!

they do not let you cancel your subscription and they charge you!!! You can not reach and manage your subscription...

Very bad experience with them. Their plan arent realistic and on top of that their unsubscription is more complicated than ever. Got charged 69.99$ when I didn’t even use their plan. They are a BIG SCAM. Dont fall for it.

you're fooled into thinking the inflammi plan is a FREE.
And then a random debit order happens and you can't contact them.
The banks also fall prey to their email replies and unrealistic REFUND policy
- this is a vicious scam that can keep on taking your money.

If I could give it zero star I would.
I signed up.. paid a month membership but still couldn’t log in or access the plan.
I emailed them multiple times and someone by the name of Jennifer kept replying with the same email asking the same questions. I have asked for a refund but to no avail. Do not download or pay for any services.

Total scam. Even after you believe you have cancelled, in 6 months they debit your card. I have had to cancel my card now. Do not purchase from them

Emailed NUMEROUS times to cancel a plan I thought was a free trial that I canceled but no one will respond!! How do you stop this????

This is a HUGE scam!
You cannot reset your password, you cannot cancel your subscription.
And they keep taking money out of my account.
Please don’t fall for it!

SCAM!!!! Had to cancel my card. They steal money directly from your bank account with unlawful deductions. Over R800 a session. Pigs

Would've given zero stars if possible. They gave me a very unspecific meal plan which includes meat, fish and dairy even though I said in the quiz that I'm vegan. So I contacted them to get my money back and they literally gave me impossible instructions for that. They said I'll only have my refund if I provide proof that I followed the meal plan. Which obviously I can't because I do not eat meat. I explained that to them only to get the exact same message again. Feels like talking to a wall. I'll never get my money back. Total scam.

Scam! The app makes recurring payment without authorization. It has no contacts and it only offers one email address to which they do not reply and does not provide possibility to cancel the subscription .
Hope I’ll get my money back
