Bad customer service I for a team that resells services and does nothing, you would expect top notch customer service and timely replies from a reseller upselling you other providers services yet MP Partner does the opposite of that. and I am not talking about the ai ( chat gpt ) replies that makes you feel like you are talking to a robot no I am talking about their delivery and services.

You could send them a payment for an order only to receive no confirmation and no reply and they don't even bother to ask the other providers and put your order in motion until you follow up 300 times. and believe me when I say I have 5 companies with them or let's say I used to because I will be moving to 1stformation or anywhere else.

and what made me blow up completely is the fact that I am supposed to have received an important letter to the address i paid for yearly for 3 years, yet when I asked for the mail they said they don't have it because I didn't do some kind of kyc with their provider and now after having done that they said I should ask the sender for a new copy, and you gave guessed it I am not able to receive a second copy.

I had my call with faris for the digital nomad spain and honestly they explain everything from a to z and what you need to start on the process high recommend them

Good to meet the staff and have all my questions answered about the visa nomad in Spain. Thank you so much. It's been honest, great, great team.
