I have been using massage chairs from a well-known premium brand for nearly 20 years, so I have a lot of experience with massage chairs. This year, I decided to choose Infinity, and one of the main reasons was its excellent air compression massage system.

I am very impressed with the air compression massage. It feels comfortable and effective, especially around the legs. I also really enjoy the leg stretching function, which is one of my favorite features of this chair. These features give me a very relaxing and satisfying massage experience.

I also had a very positive experience with Infinity’s customer service. When my chair needed repair, Cody and Jen were patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They helped arrange the necessary parts and repair and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly.

My chair is now working well, and I am very happy with both the massage experience and the customer service. Thank you to Cody, Jen, and the Infinity Massage Chairs team. I highly recommend them!

Imperial has the best customer service I have ever worked with. Reps are kind and extremely helpful. The parts are affordable. William and Anthony were my reps. Both their care was incredible. This was my second issue after owning the chair for 6 years. My first happened in 2025. We overly use the chair for several members of my family. Probably too much. I would say it runs 2-3 hours every day. Imperial has a lifetime customer in me and my family. Thank you.

Our Infinity chair developed an annoying squeak. Support worked with me quickly to identify the cause and dispatched a repairman. Justin was great! He came next day, quickly diagnosed the ACTUAL problem and fixed my chair in 30 minutes. Nothing against online support - hard to correctly diagnose from 1000 miles away. I appreciate the great tag team of support. Makes me even more confident of my investment.

I have had the chair for 10 years. It is great. I had some questions regarding the chair maintenance etc. The CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DANIEL HORGAN WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! 5+ STAR REVIEW. He was professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You could tell this just wasn't his job, it was his mission to provide first class customer service. He is a tremendous asset to Infinity Massage Chairs and I appreciated the time he took with me in providing help.

My mom uses the Infinity Pro Massage gun religiously as it is the only device that will help soothe her nerve pain and arthritis. Because she works the massage gun so much, we sometimes order back-up batteries and unit heads. Heidi Connors from the customer service team has truly gone above and beyond with ensuring we get what we need. She is the definition of going the extra mile and follows through with her promises/follow-ups. Not only is she kind, competent, and patient, but she is reliable, prompt, and the epitome of first class customer service. We are eternally grateful for Heidi's help in ordering what we need and she is the main reason we keep coming back to Infinity. It is very rare to get customer service this genuine and reliable. She is awesome and deserves all the kudos!!!!

I purchased my Kyota Joubu M880 4D massage chair through COSTCO and the delivery guys provided outstanding service. I noticed within 3 days that the sounds and the bluetooth did not work. I contacted Kyota Support helpline (Infinity) and William had a blue tooth board sent to the house. William said if the chair cannot be fixed they would send me a new one. I got an email from the repair company and Technician Brandon installed the new WIFI chip card flawlessly. The sound is amazing. Kudo's to the Delivery Guys, William, Brandon, and Jen who followed up on the repair. Great customer service! Very satisified customer and I love my chair...it's amazing! Thank you Infinity!

I've owned my Infinity Palisade massage chair since 2021, and it has been one of the best investments I've made for managing chronic pain. It gets used multiple times every single day, and it continues to perform exceptionally well.

Over the years, I've only experienced two minor issues, and both were handled quickly and professionally by Infinity's outstanding customer service team. Their responsiveness and commitment to taking care of their customers have been truly impressive.

Because of the quality of both the chair and the customer support, I've recommended Infinity to friends and family for years without hesitation. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products the way Infinity does.

When the time finally comes to replace my Palisade, I won't be looking anywhere else—I'll definitely be purchasing another Infinity massage chair. I highly recommend both the company and their products.

The parts were sent quickly and the service tech installed them. My chair was working again, yay or so I thought. Only 5 hours (10 sessions) of use and again my chair is malfunctioning with the exact same issues. Oh did I say this was my second service call in 2026
I am glad it's under warranty, however if I can't get my chair working as it should (and I have the most expensive model) then I would not recommend this product.

Purchased a Kyota massage chair through Costco. Unfortunately the footrest assembly started having trouble almost immediately. Called the help line and spoke with Ben. He got a part to us in 4 days and the tech, Lewis, was able to come the day after the part arrived. Unfortunately Lewis diagnosed an additional problem and the entire footrest assemble had to be replaced. Ben and the tech sorted out the details and it showed up 6 days later. Once again Lewis was there the next day, replaced the assembly and the chair is now amazing!

The problems appeared to be in the control boards for the chair and footrest (2 bad boards!), so perhaps Infinity has an issue with their supplier. That said, they absolutely stood behind their product and responded to and resolved the issue quickly.

I would absolutely do business with Infinity Massage Chairs again. Hats off to Ben and Lewis!

I love my chair! It has been great to have and helps relaxes me. It did take longer than expected to get my chair which was disappointing but Crystal from customer support was great at following up and keeping my up to date on what was going on without me having to ask for updates. Great customer service!

Fantastic customer service and follow up. I had one shoulder airbag that would not inflate and Infinity sent a service technician (Tom) out for an excellent fix. Thanks Tom and Infinity.
Infinity also did a repair follow up call to make sure everything was good.
Highly recommend Infinity!

We have the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro and absolutely love it. During the first month, we did run into a minor issue — a sensor at the top of the chair hadn’t been installed correctly, which caused a loud thumping noise when the chair powered on. Support was very responsive, and a technician came out quickly. The fix was simple: he realigned the sensor, and the chair has worked perfectly ever since.

I spoke with three different technicians over several days regarding two issues with my Kyota massage chair.
Every one of them was extremely competent, they took the time to explain different options and offered to set up a service technician to install. Speaking of which the service technician they sent to the house was also a true professional.

My only disappointment is with the chair itself. I have owned a Brookstone, an Osaki and now the Kyota. My first two chairs didn’t require any maintenance for quite a few years. It’s just a little over a year and a half with the Kyota and I’ve had two major issues already. Just wondering if these issues are common with this chair.

I have to say, this was some of the best service we’ve ever received when having a problem with a product. My chair is fairly new, 6 months old, when the back kneading motor stopped working. I called you. You immediately overnighted the parts, from NH to Utah. You then set us up with a repair man from Misquite, Nevada. He came in 2 days notice. Parts didn’t fix it. You sent more parts, he came back in 3 days and between service man and your tech. It was fixed. Thank you! Best service ever. Love my chair. It is so helpful on my arthritic body.

Infinity has done a great job standing behind their product! First Nate, then Crystal, did a great job representing the company and the quality of the service they offer as an organization.

Poor service, sleazy salespeople. It’s an overpriced chair that you can get elsewhere for half the price and better service.

Save your money buy elsewhere and don’t fall for their “$4000 off” Costco deal / it’s actually “$4000 more for the same thing you can get elsewhere”

I love my massage chair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and this chair helps me so much!! We had a little bit of an issue when we first got it, BUT customer service contacted us and made it right. I am very happy with my chair and the entire outcome.
