Always on top of EVERYTHING

Andrea was helpful answering several questions regarding insurance, and other topics regarding current day challenges we sometimes face in our profession. She offered resources to help guide me to additional answers regarding insurance coverage options, and AMTA resources that could assist with other profession-related questions.

There needs to be more done to nationalize licensing. The idea that more states aren't reciprocal is ridiculous and it seems like amta is the hold up for getting this done

Very friendly, great tools on their site, staff helped me take care my membership so effortlessly when my brain forgot to renew!

I was able to get a human agent in a short time when I called, who addressed my concern, and directed me to the person on staff in that department. I left a voicemail there, and found when I called back the next day that my concern had been resolve. The manager in that department even emailed and called me back to make sure I had the info.

Website is very easy to navigate.

Good continuing education selection, Professional Insurance, and communication.

I renewed my license this year, and for the first time in four years decided to express my discomfort as an honest and reliable MALE-straight Massage Therapist. Evil business as Massage Envy and Lisa Taranto, have fired me illegally: I went to Abrahamson Legal Group; Legal Corner, and recently CA Human Rights, and no one believes my testimony: I am Not perfect, but my only defect is apply the same moral values I learnt in public schools, and from home: Looking clients, employees to the eye (but women think I am looking her upper intimate parts), promote human and professional touch through a real and responsible massage session; study other fields as Level 1 of Tibetan Reiki, MBLEX, kinesiology tape use, etc...

AMTA operator by email replied they CAN NOT HELP, but referred me to CA Employment Dept. I think. The operator said she was going to mail physically some forms to start a formal complain against LISA TARANTO AND INDIO SPA; but the forms NEVER came.

All AMTA should do is protect more male honest therapist, by following up emails like this.

AMTA: Do you want my money every two years, right? Well, when I needed you, YOU transferred me to irresponsible people that maybe work for Massage Envy and Evil Lisa Taranto. Please follow up these interactions in your platform and treat me and my money and time with respect and dignity in the next year and a half...GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The company has always been great at keeping me informed and any time I’ve needed to speak with a team member for any reason they are always so very kind and helpful.

The website was easy to use and I also received a mailer with a bill and reminder to renew my membership.
