I am sorry that someone is using your name as per my conversation that’s the meme is the company I was dealing with I have their loan agreement but I don’t know how to put that on trust pilot. If I am able to do so then at least it will not be associated with you.

I am sorry to say that the company you have been dealing with is similar sounding but not us. We are based in Manchester and have one telephone number which is 0161 292 8200, the company you have been dealing with uses 020 3286 4777, this is a London number. You also state in your copied mails that the company you are dealing with is "We are the direct Loan Lenders not Brokers" We are a car finance broker. The company you are dealing with is offering to pay your money into your bank account. We never pay customers direct, we only pay the money to the dealership the customer is buying the car from. I am sorry, but this review is not for us or our company.
If you believe you have been scammed by this other company, please complain to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), on 0800 111 6768. I hope they can help you either get your money back or close this other company down.

Hi I cant mail you direct to offer additional help, but if you have a copy if the agreement they gave you as mentioned in the updated response, please call the FCA on the number above and they will act for you when they receive it. The number I gave is for customers who have been scammed out of money, so it is worth you calling them. Sorry I can't do any more.
