This company simply waste... Any problem call to manager and staff not response ... Dear Please this company avid ... For you

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company threatens, intimidates and harasses. I had a loan through them. I had an issue and lost a job. Told them I could send $50 as that is all I had to my name and was told they will contact my new employer for wage garnishment and bank account seizures. I asked if they could work with me just until I got on my feet and was threatened some more.
Even tried calling my old employer asking where I was working now.

Deferred a payment and they sent an email asking me to send the deferral fee through e-transfer, then proceeded to take the fee automatically the next day, when I try emailing them they just refuse to answer yet any other time I email I get a response right away! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I’m giving a very good reviews on this . Especially to the person I’m always dealing with her name is Nancy … The best person I’m dealing with… she’s AWESOME!!!
And she became my Bestie💕💕
This Company is AMAZING always helping me with no issue/problem.

Quick to respond and help out. Phone number does not work, but they were quick to respond to email. I recommend.

I would give 0 if I could. I have never requested a loan from these people…or anyone else. They call 6 times a day. I have tried to get off of their call list numerous times and am always told I’ve been removed. BUT THEY KEEP CALLING!!!

I don't even know who this company is it or how they got my bank information , but the crooks just tried to steal 1000 dollars from my account this morning..I reported them, and now I'm warning others THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS....BEWARE !

They stole $142 dollars from me. Told me to make my final payment via email and they took it e-transfer as well. Will not give it back.

Took almost a week of calling and a complete melt down on my part but, I did get my payment back.

Do not get a loan with these guys. They are liars. Say eligible for renewal then decline, no answers as to why. Never ever missed a payment. Emailed several times no response. Then they called my wife’s place of employment looking for me?? Then said they were going to charge me with fraud??? I owed them nothing so not sure how it’s fraud.

First of all this company, they are rude. They do not know how to talk to their customer. Even you already make a payment arrangement and method. They still want to take out from your account. To make sure that the payment will come back as NSF and those fees will be added to your existing loan. So basically, instead of paying off your loan, they keep on adding those extra fees

I regret borrowing from this company, I wish I could have read all the reviews before I borrow.. If you're looking for loans, stay away from this infinity loans..

These people are the worst company I have ever dealt with they harras you day and night than they threaten you and when you make your schedule payment they will decide to take money out when ever they feel like it and pretend that they have no idea what day the money is supposed to come out …. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use there services I would literally give them a 0 if I could but I can’t

First I got 93 texts accusing me of having a loan, and threatening to charge me, then they gave me someone's ID card, then I was told my selfie was fake and called a racist and told I was lying and then I spoke with Nancy who asked me to remove my reviews, then they threatened to put an R9 on my credit report, then I was told the agent was fired which when I called she answered said hello and then hung up. I applied for a short term loan due to a major family emergency and got my approval email telling me I just need to sign the contract and 5 minutes later was told they denied my application. Even though it was approved.
