First class service every time. Always on time/early, cars are immaculate. Drivers always polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this taxi service.

Bang on time, courteous, friendly driver. Helped us find the right part of the crematorium for a family funeral, with care and respect. Very happy with the excellent service provided and the efficient online booking.

It's New years eve and the taxi arrives bang on time. Drove opens the door and closes it, asks if we are comfortable and discharge sets off. During the journey we ask if it's possible to bring forward the return by 30mins, which she did and returned on time and dropped us off at home. Taxi was clean, driver very pleasant and friendly. It's very reminiscent of when chauffeur cars used to pick me up. Well done Infiniti cars.

Infiniti are brilliant. The drivers not only handle their vehicles expertly but they're intelligent, calm and courteous. My No. 1 choice on Teesside and further afield.

I dont use taxis often but when I do I'll only use Infiniti.

Excellent experience with this company. Drivers are polite, professional and friendly, on our return journey from the airport despite the very early morning pick up the driver even brought our cases to the front door.
The cars are immaculate, great communication making it stress free.

The driver was on time, we were delayed, but he was polite about waiting, he got us home from Newcastle airport and missed out any delays. He also returned after to return a phone left in the car so thanks for that.

Excellent service, very punctual with spotlessly clean cars. We recently used Infiniti Cars for an airport drop off and pick up at Newcastle airport. We had a lengthy delay on our return flight and the communication and attitude of the staff and drivers was fantastic. Highly recommend the company and thanks for making our journey that bit easier.
