Elizabeth was great she was very calm and controlled with my first original churlish answers as i thought i had already explained all this prior, but she was very patient with me and i started to realise that it was important evedence she needed. i know she must have been frustrated with the amount of times i asked her to repeat herself she must go outside and scream and laugh some days after talking to so many hearing impaired people. Elizabeth you done really well getting me to answer all your questions. well done thank you so much for your patience and your thorough understanding
