The people l spoke with where very informative. We went through all the noisy places l've worked over the last 30 plus years of my life. l still work today but in an aged care facility so no major noise. Freedom hearing and industrial deafness are sending me to ears nose and throat hospital to have my hearing rechecked because l had 9.7 % industrial deafness at first hearing test and legal team told me if it goes to 10 or over then l am entitled to free hearing aids for life and possible compensation payout. If you have worked in loud industries in the past without ear protection go get the test done l recommend you do it. You have nothing to loose and possibly plenty to gain as hearing aids aren't cheap anything from 3500 up.

Everything was explained in a way I understood all that was said. It was also easy to follow because everything was laid out and explained prior to the video hookup.

The appointment was met right on time,which is a rarity when you have a medical appointment. Everything was explained to me before the test and after the test was completed. It was run friendly and efficiently.

But could not claim for a Hearing Aid because I live in NSW but work in QLD.
I thought we were AUSTRALIAN !!!

The audiologist was helpful and friendly as well as the consultant though the Zoom meeting.
Altogether, a pleasant and informative experience.

I arrived in time and wasn’t waiting around for ever to be seen, in and being tested virtually straight away. Ruby (I think that was her name) was very friendly and professional and repeated things to me as often as required. The tests I did and the results were explained and simplified well.
