A little while ago I went to Freedom Hearing to have a hearing test regarding Industrial hearing loss.
After the test I was connected with Industrial Deafness Australia on a video call asking me few questions about my previous employers of which there were many. Some time later I was referred to an ENT specialist and within a couple of weeks my claim was approved by the insurance company. I was fitted with hearing aids and was also awarded a sum of money.
I highly recommend Industrial Deafness Australia (IDA) as they provided very efficient service with ease.

I found the staff at industrial deafness to be very bright and extremely helpful in the process of having my hearing tested. I was given a full run down on what I would need for the loss of hearing I have received due to working in a noisy environment if I had my time over I would ensure that my ears were well protected I was gradually going deaf and didn’t realise until friends would tell me to lower my voice or I would need people to repeat themselves over and over again. I’m glad I made the call to industrial deafness they have given me the run down on the hearing aids I will need and they also informed me that I didn’t have to get my hearing aids through them but after doing a little research I found that their prices were as good or if not better than anyone else’s prices. The lawyer then went through the simple paperwork with me over the computer which only requires your signature and then hopefully I’ll receive my hearing aids . Thank you so much industrial deafness

I recently had an appointment with Industrial Deafness Australia. I arrived slightly earlier and was greeted by a well mannered lady. I went into the testing room a few minutes later and was tested. After finishing the test I received my results of which I could possibly receive free hearing aids. I was taken to another room for a Zoom interview with IDA Legal lawyers. The interview went very well. I was very pleased with the company and their Lawyers. I highly recommend their services.
