My appointment for my hearing loss was very extensive and interesting, Ruby did non-invasive tests and explained the process for making a claim. Following my time with Ruby I had an online interview with a lawyer who again detailed the process for making my claim. Given the report on my hearing loss by Ruby the lawyer provided some indication on what compensation it would be possible to obtain.

From entering the premises at Wollongong branch I was greeted by a nice receptionist, then I was taken in into a room for an assessment for a hearing test by Malinda who was very knowledgeable and answered any questions for me and also made me feel at ease.
Antonio from the legal team was very helpful and explained everything to me in regards to all the legal side of things, I have no hesitation in recommending Industrial Deafness Australia to others.

The rep I spoke with was very clear about the process and what the requirements were. Any questions I have were answered.

Everything has been simple from organised hearing test through to filling out all legal forms. Being able to do everything on zoom made it easy and all forms were explained so I could easily understand them. Recommend anyone who thinks there hearing is not as good as it once was contact Industrial Defness Australia.

On first contact, physically in Ballina, the representative
showed curtisy and understanding. I felt comfortable in
the meeting and at last my hearing aides at present may be able to be replaced with a better, non- irritating
aid.
I am a full pensioner, 35 years in my last job, and willing
to add a little to the cost of suitable hearing aids.

All staff were helpful and shared knowledge that was easy to understand
