ZERO post-sales support!! Stay Away!

Overall HORRIBLE experience.

Everything actually started off pretty well. I made an appointment for measurements, they were on time and ready for my arrival, seemed professional and knowledgeable while taking my measurements, helped me choose colors, fabric, etc.

That's where the positives end.

I ordered a suit and two dress shirts. The suit actually fit properly, and seemed okay quality at first. The shirts - not a chance. They definitely weren't made for me. I could not even get close to buttoning the top button, the neck was far too small. Completely unwearable.

I brought the shirts back to the showroom for the "perfect fit guarantee" and they wouldn't help me - they said to call customer service. I did that and they still wouldn't help me. The shirts are completely useless and they did not address it, no fix, no refund, no nothing.

I got two wearings out of the suit. Then one of the side tabs on the pants broke. I contacted customer service again, to try and get it repaired under warranty. Initially they seemed like they would help with that, at least, but then never followed through. So now my suit is useless, too.

There is no after-sales customer service whatsoever. They will not honor the "perfect fit guarantee". For the side tab, they acted like they would help just to drag things out and make you go away. Unfortunately I was too nice and gave them too much time to try and fix the problems in-house, so I am outside of the window to do a chargeback on my credit card. Don't make that same mistake like I did!

Oh, and they won't stop SPAMMING ME AND SENDING JUNK EMAIL even after I clicked unsubscribe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK COMPANY!

An abomination

App autoselected short sleeve shirt, when the confirmation email came I noticed the issue and contacted customer service, they said they wont update it and they wouldn't do a refund on the item. That is retarted.

The shirt is now a short sleeve dress length shirt I am buying with a suit. It makes zero sense.

Overall my experience was amazing

Overall my experience was amazing! I went into the Downtown Portland location with not much experience with suits and tuxedos and left with so much knowledge and confidence that I made the correct decision when choosing who I would get my wedding tuxedo from! James was great with customer service, banter, and expertise. He did a great job of steering me in the right direction to fit my vision. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service experience. My fiance purchased a suit after getting measurements in store. The suit arrived and the sleeves were too short, but also the suit was nothing like the description online. It was described to be a black cotton stretch suit, perfect for spring/summer. When he opened the suit, it was charcoal, not black, and it was the heaviest suit he ever put on. We did not request a refund, only that they make a new suit in a different fabric. The customer service experience is still ongoing 2.5 weeks later. I initially started with a chat experience on the website to which they said they would be in touch via email. They did follow up on email but every response I get from them takes 4-5 days. This is ridiculous. We are in a crunch now for a suit and they have not resolved the issue. I have requested to speak to a supervisor 5 days ago and heard nothing since. Unacceptable. In addition, the only phone number listed anywhere after hearing the recording just disconnects me even though I am calling within business hours. I honestly don't understand how the company is still standing with this level of inadequateness. What a waste of $500 and now we are still short a suit.

The staff

The staff explained the process and the options so clearly. I feel pretty confident that my suit will have a very custom feel.

Extremely unprofessional and very poor quality

Extremely unprofessional and very poor quality. They take no pride in their tailoring and their suits are overpriced for their walmart quality. My design department will not be using them again when there are far better options.

No suit for you!

They have a little blurb on their website. No returns. Got it. Or do I? Then they walk it back back a little, muddy the water:

"If there is an issue with your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
* If a return is given, it is at the sole discretion of INDOCHINO and will be reimbursed in the form of an INDOCHINO Gift Card."

Anyway, I got something that looked like it came off a rack, tumbled along a highway and was picked up and later discarded by a clown riding a bicycle. Crumpled seams, cheap wool, frayed stitching.

So I send a nice kind email. "Hey, I hate this thing, how about a gift card, pretty please? Promise I'll buy a better suit (or I wouldn't be writing!)"

Answer: stuff sometimes gets wrinkled. No suit for you! (Not a direct quote)

Tighten up your return policy or improve what you send out. Because personally I think it is penny wise and pound foolish.

PS: this was a "premium" suit. Not a fan of the ol' "the definition of x is...", but what the hell: I googled the word.

PREMIUM definition: 1. an amount that is more than usual (definitely true!)

Adj.: having or reflecting superior quality or value. (Definitely not a premium suit!)

I'm not wealthy and neither are you if you're considering Indochino. So save yourself and go to department store and buy simple Peter Millar suit for about the same price and you won't look as poor and rumpled as I do. Thanks Indo!
