Jessica at the Lennox Mall, GA location was great. She made the entire custom suit experience enjoyable and she was top notch. Customer service skills were excellent and a true people person. It's a bit like flying Spirit Airlines--most of the time you get where you are going, but not always. Today I had a 3 pm appointment. I arrived at 2:55 and both salespeople were busy. I checked in and they said it will just be "a few minutes." They then ignored me for a half hour. I got up to check on my status, and they offered me a 4:00 pm appointment, which did not work for me. So, going there was a waste of time. Like Spirit Airlines, they don't honor their commitments.

Talk about bottom of the barrel. This company has been on a steady decline for the past 5 years. My local Indochino got rid of every employee that actually knew what they were doing. This new batch must have been poached from McDonald’s, they are immature, rude and have no idea what they are doing. Good luck if you dare step foot in Indochino.

I ordered a suit and vest for my wedding this year. Measuring and customization was easy and delivery was quick. Unfortunately quality and customer service is sub par. The seams on the suit pants started to open after only being worn 8 times. Contacted customer care and was told the products have no warranty and this will not be fixed by them. I will not buy again.

Pablo was fantastic and really helped pick out some quality suit and shirts for my brother's wedding. Looking forward to a sharp look.
